At San Carlos Art Circles, we guide your team through a mixed media or watercolor experience designed especially for your group. Whether you’re celebrating, resetting, navigating change, or beginning a strategic planning process, we’ll help you make space for connection and fresh thinking.
No art experience is needed. The focus is not perfect art — it’s the creative process as a way to unlock meaning, build connection, and spark fresh thinking.
Why Create Together?
Art-making gives teams a different way to think, listen, and connect.
Working with color, image, symbol, and metaphor can help people access ideas that don’t always come forward in a typical meeting. The creative process invites people to slow down, notice patterns, make meaning, and share from a more open place.

At the end of the session, each person will leave with a unique piece of art that reflects their own journey through the day.
Each experience includes time to connect in pairs or small groups, a guided art lesson centered on your theme, open creative work time, and space to reflect together as a group. The process is structured enough to feel safe, but open enough for each person to bring their own perspective.

One-Time Creative Team Event
A 2.5–3 hour guided creative experience designed around your group’s goals.

Create & Connect Series

Each session builds on the last, giving your team time to reflect, create, and return to the conversation over time.

Explore what your team is moving toward through intuitive layering, color, mark-making, words, and collage.
Possible final piece: abstract cards that can be used, framed, or mounted.

Recognize individual and collective strengths through collaborative reflection and create a bold personal symbol.
